American Almanac 1 App Reviews

I buy the Farmers Almanac every year. I just bought my first iPad and this was the very first app I installed. Love it!

I use this primarily for weather as someone who works in agriculture, but I wish you could set different locations to be able to check the weather forecast both for home and work or other places. I also wish there were more options for specific cities--the closest option to me is actually 25 miles away. Its still quite accurate, but as a weather app I wish it was a little more functional. Definitely more accurate than weather channel though!

Just like the book with so much more. I love learning what it has to offer and refresh on things. And it just keeps getting better !

10 Stars:Extremely Good! Out of well over 100 bought apps I have, This may very well offer more for the $ than any Ive seen. A ton of info! I highly recommend it! I also like the idea that the developer seems to be interested in improving whats already really good!

For anyone who has ever used an almanac or considered using one. I rarely rate apps, but enjoy this one immensely. Its informative, easy-to-use, and fun – – not to mention free :-) Ive been using for a few years now and find every update adds something valuable.

... And it was completely not what I expected ;( Im a photographer and I wanted to be able to use the weather part to predict the best times to go shooting. Unfortunately the weather part of this app is confusing and very minimal. I have better luck using the free weather app that came with the iphone. Ugh. Very disappointed.

This guy gives up on his apps and stops supporting them to try an get you to buy a new version, nothing but a scam here.
